Senior Accounts Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage company accounts, and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and maintaining strong financial controls.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  • Monitor cash flow and manage budgets
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
  • Handle payroll processing and expense management
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Implement financial controls and improve accounting systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of accounting experience (senior-level preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
