Job Overview
We is hiring a motivated and confident Sales Agent for the Auto Transport industry. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with U.S.-based customers, generating quotes, following up on leads, and closing vehicle shipping deals.
This is a night shift position as we deal with the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to auto transport services
- Provide vehicle shipping quotes to customers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Negotiate pricing and close deals professionally
- Maintain proper records of leads and sales in CRM
- Coordinate with dispatch team after deal confirmation
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (speaking is mandatory)
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, Email)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Sales experience preferred (Auto Transport experience is a plus)
