Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Agent for the Auto Transport industry. The role involves communicating with U.S.-based customers, providing vehicle shipping quotes, negotiating pricing, and closing deals. This is a night shift position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Provide accurate vehicle shipping quotes
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Maintain proper lead records in CRM or spreadsheets
- Coordinate with dispatch team after deal confirmation
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
- Basic computer skills (CRM, email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sales experience preferred (Auto Transport experience is a plus)
